DILL POTATO WEDGES image

1 pkg (20 oz) refrigerated red potato wedges
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp snipped fresh dill or 1/4 tsp dried dill weed

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook the potato wedges, salt and pepper in oil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat; stir in cheese and dill.
