Deviled Steak Cubes image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
pinch pepper
1 lb stew beef, cubed
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1 onion thinly sliced
8 oz tomato sauce
1/4 c water
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1.5 tsp worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
  • 2. Coat meat and brown slowly in oil.
  • 3. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
  • 4. Serve over rice or noodles.
