Steps:
- Sprinkle chop lightly with salt and pepper.
- In small skillet brown lamb chop on both sides in hot oil.
- Blend water, mustard, lemon juice, thyme, and garlic salt. Spread mustard mixture over chop.
- Top with onion slice. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- Spoon pan juices over meat; top with green pepper ring. Cover and simmer 15 minutes more.
