Detroit-style pizza image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 Pizza dough, at room temp
8 ounces shredded mozz
8 ounces shredded chedder
3 tablespoons graded pecorino romano
1 cup Killer pizza sauce
3 links Italian Sausage, cooked and chopped
4 ounces Pepperoni

Steps:

  • Liberally coat a enchillada pan with butter. Add the dough and coat with the butter. Push the dough out to the edges and let rest for 1-2 hours.
  • Place in a 450 to 500 degree oven for 4 minutes. Remove and cover with sauce and cheeses (cheeses must make it to the edge of the pan to crisp). Then, add sausage and pepperoni. Put it back in the oven and cook 12-15 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
