Number Of Ingredients 11

3 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c veg oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c nuts
1 tsp b. soda
1/4 tsp b. powder
3 c flour
2 c grated zucchini
1 c grated carrot

Steps:

  • Mix all and bake 350 for one hour and 25 minutes or if using a glass pan at 325.
