Delicious Corn Souffle image

Creamy and delicious. Great to take to holiday dinners, barbecues, etc. This can be doubled successfully.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 eggs
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 (1 lb) can creamed corn
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream

Steps:

  • Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
  • Bake in 400 degree oven for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
