Steps:
- In a saucepan, combine coconut sugar, oil, cocoa powder and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until caramel thickens. Remove from heat.
- Add vanilla, salt, shredded and large flake coconut amd stir to combine. Stir in chocolate chips and mix very little to keep chocolate chips intact.
- Portion on parchment covered cookie sheets and let cool and set for four hours. You may refrigerate to speed up setting process.
