Steps:
- Melt dark chocolate, set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mash Avocado. Pour melted chocolate into Avocado and stir. Add vanilla and cinnamon.
- When combined and clump free, place in fridge for half an hour.
- When cooled and hardened, scoop into small balls and roll til smooth.
- Roll each ball into cocoa powder ( I added a bit more cinnamon to the cocoa).
