Deep Dish Omelet image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (10-ounce) package broccoli, thawed, drained, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup diced roasted red bell pepper

Steps:

  • Whisk together eggs, cheese, salt and pepper stir in vegetables. Coat 10' frying pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add egg mixture, cover and cook 9 - 12 minutes until top is set. Slide onto serving platter.
