DATE AND ALMOND ENERGY BITES image

Number Of Ingredients 7

· ½ cup raw almonds
· 8 pitted dates
· ¼ cup almond butter
· ½ mashed banana
· 1 tsp vanilla
· 1 tsp cinnamon
· Unsweetened, shredded coconut (the finer the better for this)

Steps:

  • 1. Finely process almonds, set aside. Then finely process dates, and add them to the almonds. Process the banana. 2. Mix together with in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. 3. Roll out in small balls and then roll into coconut flakes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
