I loved when my dad would make this dish, especially because of the caramelized onions, yummy!

Steps:
- 1. In lg skillet, heat oil over med-high heat. Add onions, and saute until caramelized.
- 2. Remove onions to a bowl and keep warm. In lg shallow bowl, mix together flour, salt and pepper. Coat liver steaks lightly w/ flour mix. Add liver to skillet, pouring in a little more oil, as needed.
- 3. Brown the liver 5 mins each side or until cooked through. Top liver w/ onions and serve.
