Steps:
- Cut thin slices of tomato, set aside. Slice bread to desired thickness. Thinly slice the cheese to be used in the sandwich. Dab the pan side of the bread slices with the melted margarine so that one side of each slice is well coated. Place the thinly sliced cheese on the uncoated surface of one of the slices of bread until desired amount of cheese has been placed. Top the cheese with 1-2 slices of the thinly sliced tomato. Sprinkle a little salt or pepper on top if desired. Place the other slice of bread on top so that the uncoated surface of the bread slice faces the cheese. Preheat a pan on low to medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and heat slowly, flipping it occasionally, until the bread (margarine side-out) is toasty on both sides of the sandwich and the cheese inside has melted.
