Steps:
- Preheat skillet to 300, medium. Heat olive oil, throw in chicken, toss till thoroughly cooked but not brown. Add garlic, parsley garlic mixture. Stir. Add red peppers, sun dried tomatoes and spinach. When spinach has reduced in size, add salt and pepper. Pour 4 cups warm cream. Let simmer a few minutes. Stir in cooked pasta. Let sit to thicken a little. Serve immediately.
