CUSTARD RICE PUDDING image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 cup cooked rice
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind (optional)
1/2 cup seedless raisins
3 1/2 cups milk
ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients well, except nutmeg. Pour into shallow baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Set in pan of hot water and bake at 300 for about 90 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
