Curry Smoked Oysters image

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 tablespoons Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Dry Mustard
1/2 tablespoon Curry Powder

Steps:

  • Combine marinade ingredients together in a medium size non-metallic bowl and mix well.
  • Add Oysters
  • Cover and place in fridge for 30 mins.
  • Smoke at 220 degrees for 1 hour.
