Curried Tuna Squares image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 (6-ounce) can chunk-style tuna, drained
2 cups cooked rice
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, slightly beated
3/4 cup milk
4 cups Kellogg's® corn flakes (crushed to 1 cup) divided or 1 cup Kellogg's® corn flake crumbs (divided)
1 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
lemon wedges

Steps:

  • 1. In medium mixing bowl, combine tuna, rice, onion, lemon juice, seasonings, eggs, milk and 3/4 cup of the KELLOGG'S Corn Flake crumbs. Mix well.2. Spread tuna mixture in 10 x 6 x 2-inch (1 1/2-qt.) glass baking dish coated with cooking spray. Mix remaining crumbs with melted margarine. Sprinkle over tuna mixture.3. Bake at 350°F about 20 minutes or until hot. Cut into squares and serve with lemon wedges. Serve hot.
