Curried Pecans image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups pecans halves
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Steps:

  • 1. In a heavy 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stir together oil, salt, and garlic powder. Add pecans. Cook and stir constantly 8 to 10 minutes until toasted. Remove from heat.2. Sprinkle curry over pecans and stir to mix well. Serve hot or at room temperature.3. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
