Steps:
- 1. Drain all fruit and reserve 1/2 cup fruite juice. Place all fruit in a casserole, and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Combine brown sugar, butter and curry with juice in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Pour over fruit in the casserole and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with a slotted spoon. It goes well with chicken, fish or ham.
