Steps:
- Whisk together garlic, curry powder, salt, and oil in a small bowl. Rub evenly over chicken. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Heat grill to high heat. When ready to cook, drain chicken and discard marinade. Grill thighs over direct heat at high heat, turning occasionally, about 12 minutes or until no longer pink (180 degrees F). Serve with mango chutney.
