Steps:
- Stir together oil, oregano, garlic, spices and 1/2 teasp. salt in a bowl. Cut beef in 1 1/2 inch pieces, toss with marinate and chill at least 2 hours. Prepare grill medium-hot. Thread about 4 pieces of beef on each skewer, leaving small spaces. Oil grill and grill beef until browned but still pink, 4-5 minutes.
