2 cups unsalted butter, softened
4 cups flour
2 ¼ cup powdered sugar, divided
3 tsp vanilla
1 ½ finely chopped pecans

Steps:

Cream together butter and ¼ cup of powdered sugar and vanilla. Add flour in two parts making sure to blend well after each addition.
To chop pecans finely put in the food processor for about a minute. Add pecans to the dough.
Take a very small ball of dough (about a ½ inch). To make the little horn, take the ball into your hands and roll into a cylinder. Point the edges with your fingers and curve it into a crescent shape.
Bake for about 14 minutes or until cookies are brown around the edges.
Wait until cookies are cooled completely and roll them in the rest of the powdered sugar.
