Cucumber Tuna Appetizers image

2 cans (5 ounces each) light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon capers, drained
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 medium cucumber, sliced

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first ten ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve on cucumber slices.
