This is a cool and refreshing snack. I made it a lot in the summer. When guest would come by to swim in our pool it was nice to have on hand for a little afternoon treat.

Steps:
- 1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add lemon juice, onion, dill weed, horseradish and tobasco. Fold in cucumbers. Chill. Serve with triscuits, crackers or vegetables.
