Number Of Ingredients 23

Meatballs:
2 eggs
1 c cracker crumbs
1/4 c milk
1 1/2 c ground beef
1 t dry yellow mustard
2 t cumin
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1/2 c finely chopped green onions
Flour for rolling
olive oil for frying
Sauce
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
olive oil
4 cloves garlic, mashed
1/3 c. ketchup
1 T white vinegar
1 T brown sugar
1/2 t salt
1 13 oz can tomato sauce

Steps:

  • Cook 30 min. Serve over rice.
