Créole Poached chicken breasts Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 12

2teaspoon olive oil
2 onions
1 green belle pepper chopped
1 celery stalk
1/2carrot chopped
1 can stewed tomato
1/2 cup chicken broth
2Tbs chopped parsley
1tsp thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Poitrine de poulet

Steps:

  • In a large skillet heat oil sauté onions belle pepper celery and carrot until tender stir in tomatoes broth parsley and thyme salt cayenne add the chicken boil Servir!
