Steps:
- 1. Whisk milk and cornstarch in large bowl, then whisk in ricotta cheese, eggs, and other ingredients, except tomatoes.
- 2. Pour into 10 inch non-stick skillet with oven safe handle. Top with 1 pound of tomato slices. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until set and puffed.
