Crumb-Topped Zucchini-Cheese Casserole image

Take advantage of the growing season with our Crumb-Topped Zucchini-Cheese Casserole. This zucchini-cheese casserole makes the most of fresh zucchini.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 zucchini (1-1/2 lb.), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
6 green onions, chopped
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
16 round buttery crackers, crushed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs; spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Top with cracker crumbs.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
