Crumb Boss Apple Crumb Muffins Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 11

3/4 c Sugar
1 1/2 c AP Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking Powder
pinch Salt
1/4 recipe Crumb Boss Apple Pie filling recipe
3/4 c Water
2 lg Eggs
1/2 c Oil
1 tsp Vanilla X
1/4 recipe Crumb Boss Crumb Bun recipe

Steps:

  • Sift dry ingredients together (sugar, flour cinnamon,baking powder and salt). In mixer bowl combine wet ingredients (water, eggs, oil and vanilla extract). Whisk in dry ingredients just until combined. Mix in Crumb Boss Apple Pie filling. Scoop into lined muffin pan. Top with Crumb Boss Crumb Bun streusel recipe. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
