Crockpot Creamy Mexican Chicken image

So easy and DELICIOUS,you can add whatever beans you prefer,and serve it over tortillas,cooked rice,or pasta.SO GOOD!!!!!

Number Of Ingredients 5

4-6 boneless,skinless chicken breasts{frozen or fresh}
1 jar(s) your favorite salsa
1 jar(s) drained black beans
1 pkg frozen corn {large}
8 ounce pkg cream cheese,at room temperature

Steps:

  • 1. Place all the above ingredients in your CROCKPOT.
  • 2. Cook on "LOW"about 6 hours or until chicken is done.
  • 3. Turn CROCKPOT OFF!
  • 4. Place the bar of the cream cheese on top.
  • 5. Allow to melt with lid on,about twenty minutes.
  • 6. Serve over tortillas,noodles,rice,toasted crusty bread,etc..
  • 7. SO EASY and SO good!!!!!!!
