Steps:
- 1. Spray a 5 quart slow cooker and arrange chicken pieces in bottom of cooker.
- 2. Combine chili sauce, brown sugar, dry onion soup mix, cayenne pepper and 1/4 cup water and spoon over chicken.
- 3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
