Crock Pot Queso Dip image

This is a twist on the traditional Rotel and Velveeta Queso Dip. It is a not so hot, creamier mash-up of what loaded nachos taste like. Serve it with Frito's Corn Chips or tortilla chips.

1 pkg velveeta cheese-32oz
1 pkg cream cheese-8oz
1 can(s) rotel
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 lb lean ground beef

Steps:

  • 1. Brown ground beef; drain. Cut Velveeta and cream cheese into cubes. Place cheeses into crock pot. Add Rotel and cream of mushroom soup; stir. Cook on LOW 30 minutes. Add browned ground beef; stir. Cook 30 minutes longer. Serve with Frito's corn chip or tortilla chips. Refrigerate remainder.
