Steps:
- 1. Place washed beans in crockpot and cover with chicken broth and water within 4 inches from the top.
- 2. Add salt, pepper, garlic, cavenders, jalapeno, and onion.
- 3. Stir to mix. Add bacon and cover. Cook on high for 1 hour and then reduce to low for 4 or more hours. If you are in hurry, keep on high longer.
