Banana Croquette image

1 banana
2 spoons Miracle Whip Dressing or Mayo
1 cup crushed Planters Peanuts

Steps:

  • Cut banana into pieces about 4 inches long. Into a small plate put Miracle Whip. Crush up the nuts but not to fine about the size of bb's more or less.
  • Take banana pieces and roll it into the Miracle Whip until covered all over. Then roll the bananas into the crushed Planters Peanuts until mostly covered. It takes about 3 minutes to do this. Do as many bananas as you deemed need to satisfy the hunger.
  • Then for about 2 hours [I do this because I like them cooled off], put them in the fridge to cool. Then eat as a salad, side dish or dessert.
