CROCK POT NACHO SUPREME AND A WINNER image

I cook Mexican food at least once a week. My family said this recipe was definitely a keeper, they kept on saying how delicious it was.

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 lb ground chuck, cooked and drained
2 can(s) refried beans
1 can(s) (8 ounce) tomato sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning (i use low sodium)
3/4 c water
tortilla chips
1 can(s) (15 ounce) nacho cheese sauce with jalapeno peppers
TOPPING OF CHOICE
lettuce
tomato
sour cream
black olives

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all filling ingredients in crock pot.
  • 2. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. (I cooked mine for 6 hours)
  • 3. Serve over chips topped with warmed cheese sauce and toppings of choice.
