I enjoy Granola on my yogurt. Also is delicious warm made in the microwave with a little milk.

Steps:
- 1. Spray crock pot insert with Pam.
- 2. Combine oats, almonds, cinnamon and ginger in slow cooker.
- 3. In small bowl, whisk together oil and maple syrup. Pour into slow cooker, stir to combine. Cook, covered on low, about 2 hours. Stirring occasionally.
- 4. Use baking sheet covered with Parchment paper. Spread out contents from crock pot. Let cool. Add Craisins and Apricots.
