CROCK POT GRANOLA image

I enjoy Granola on my yogurt. Also is delicious warm made in the microwave with a little milk.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 c quick quaker oats
1/2 c sliced almonds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c maple syrup
1/2 c craisins
1/2 c apricots (cut in small sections)

Steps:

  • 1. Spray crock pot insert with Pam.
  • 2. Combine oats, almonds, cinnamon and ginger in slow cooker.
  • 3. In small bowl, whisk together oil and maple syrup. Pour into slow cooker, stir to combine. Cook, covered on low, about 2 hours. Stirring occasionally.
  • 4. Use baking sheet covered with Parchment paper. Spread out contents from crock pot. Let cool. Add Craisins and Apricots.
