This is a versatile recipe that my family loves. You can either add veggies to the pot ( carrots and potatoes) and have a great meal all in one pot, or you can remove 3/4 of the broth at the end of cooking and shred the roast for delicious pulled beef sandwiches.

Steps:
- 1. Trim excess fat off roast and place in crock pot. Add carrots and potaotes if desired.
- 2. Mix all three dressing mixes with the beef broth and pour over the roast. Cook on low 6-8 hours or untill roas is tender and starts to fall apart.
