CRISPY CURRIED SHRIMP WITH MANGO DIP image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 lbs. shrimp
1/3 cup curry paste
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup oil and for frying
Dip:
1/3 cup mango chutney
1/2 cup thick yogurt

Steps:

  • Marinate shrimp in curry paste for 1 hour. Coat with rice flour by placing in a bag and shaking the shrimp. Fry in oil till done on high heat. Dry on paper towel and dip and eat.
