CRISPY CORNMEAL SHRIMP image

1/4 cup cornmeal
1 tsp cajun seasoning
2 eggs
Canola oil

Steps:

  • Mix flour, cornmeal, and cajun seasoning together. Set aside. Dip shrimp in beaten eggs, then coat with cornmeal mixture. Cook shrimp in oil until golden and crisp.
