CRISP WALNUT COOKIES image

Yield 72 cookies

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg yellow cake mix
2 C quick cooking oats
1/2 C sugar
1 C veg oil
3 eggs
1-1/2 t vanilla
1 C finely chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oats and sugar. Beat in oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir in walnuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 12-14 min or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
