Crescent Taco Bake image

This is Perfect for a Night where you're in the mood for tacos, but you'd like to try something new. You'll Absolutely LOVE it!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1-8oz. can(s) crescent rolls
2 c corn chips; crushed and divided
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1-15 oz. can(s) tomato sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 c sour cream
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  • 2. Grease a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. Baking Dish. Unroll Crescent dough into a rectangle; press onto the bottom and 1-in. up the sides of the dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of corn chips; set aside.
  • 3. In a large skillet; cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce and taco seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Spoon over chips. top with sour cream, cheese, and remaining chips.
  • 4. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
