Steps:
- 1. Rinse and dry fresh veggies. Then chop or dice.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well.
- 3. Chill in refrigerator allowing the flavors to marry with each other.
- 4. Let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving.
