CREOLE CROUTONS image

5 (1-inch-thick) white bread slices, cubed
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tablespoon Creole seasoning

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, and shake to coat. Arrange seasoned bread crumbs in an even layer on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes or until croutons are crisp and golden. Yield: 8 people
