CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIE image

Number Of Ingredients 14

Brownie
1 c sugar
1/2 c butter creamed
4 beaten eggs
1 t vanilla
1 c flour
1 16 oz can Hershey syrup
1st Frosting
2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c butter creamed
2 - 2 1/2 T creme de menthe (green )
2nd flour
1 c chocolate chips
6 T butter

Steps:

  • Brownie Mix brownie ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, let cool. Combine ingredients for 1st frosting & spread over cooled brownie. Lay in fridge to set. Melt chocolate chips with butter in microwave for approx. 1 minute. Let cool & spread over 1st frosting gently. Refridgerate.
