Creamy Very berry cake bars image

I've been dabbling w/ different ingredients for an easy cake bar recipe using what I have on hand to NOT have to go to the market & came up w/ these. My husband usually is not a fan of cream cheese & that's why I ended up using some cream cheese ready made frosting Believe me, it makes it less " cream cheese" tasting. I know it sounds odd but he ate the whole pan w/in 2 days. lol.

  • Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ olive or vegetable cooking oil.

  • Meanwhile, in medium bowl, w/ a mixer, beat cream cheese with sugar & vanilla until creamy. Add 1/4 cup of the cream cheese frosting until smooth.
