Creamy Garlic Aioli image

Great on my Aussie Beefcake Burgers, on a sandwich with cold meat and salad, or for dipping fried chicken and chips in.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 egg yolks
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons vinegar, divided
½ teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground white pepper
1 cup canola oil

Steps:

  • Place egg yolks, garlic, 1 teaspoon vinegar, mustard powder, salt, and white pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Cover and turn processor on; pour in canola oil in very slowly at first, then more quickly as mixture thickens. Blend in remaining 1 teaspoon vinegar.
