Creamy Corn & Frank Chowder image

Chock-full of frank slices, this cheesy chowder is made with milk, cream-style corn and a hint of green peppers and onions.

Yield Makes 8 servings, about 1 cup each.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pkg. (16 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Hardwood Smoked Turkey Franks, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can (14.75 oz.) cream-style corn
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup milk
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Steps:

  • Cook and stir franks, green peppers and onions in butter in large saucepan on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Simmer on low heat 10 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
