Creamy Chicken Stuffed Avocados image

This also makes a great dip. You can make it in minutes!

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 package(s) neufchatel, softened to room temperature
1 jar(s) salsa, chunky
1 1/2 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
2 can(s) 12.5 oz canned chicken, drained
1 package(s) dry ranch dressing mix
paprika
6 acacados

Steps:

  • Separate chicken chunks into shreds with a fork.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl except paprika and avacado.
  • Fill avacado halves with mixture and top with a sprinkle of paprika.
