Creamy Chicken Spread image

You can garnish the log with chopped green onions. Serve on crackers or snack bread.

Number Of Ingredients 10

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 c cooked chicken breast, finely chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine the 1st 7 ingredients; mix well.
  • 2. Stir in the chicken, eggs and green onions. Shape into a 8"x2" log. Cover and chill.
