Creamy chicken salad sandwiches image

I love the creaminess in this chicken salad and it's so easy to make.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 10.75 oz can fat-free condensed cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp light mayonnaise
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c cooked, chopped chicken
2 celery stalks, sliced thin
1 onion, finely chopped
6 sesame seed sandwich buns, split
lettuce and tomato slices.

Steps:

  • 1. In lg bowl, stir together the soup, mayonnaise and pepper. Add in the chicken, celery and onion. Toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hr, covered.
  • 2. Place lettuce and tomato slices on bottom 1/2 of buns. Top evenly w/ chicken mix and tops of buns.
