2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

  • Beat cream together with butter and set aside.
  • Caramelize sugar and add cream mixture stir until lumps are dissolved.
  • Gradually stir in confectioner's sugar.
  • Beat until creamy.
  • Ice cake.
